Joe is president of Onvector LLC, which designs proprietary technologies to disinfect hazardous industrial water and wastewater, reduce treatment costs, and strengthen compliance. The company’s breakthrough product, Plasma Vortex, is the first in the world to effectively use ionized gas (literally "lightning in a bottle") to treat wastewater, and kill bad bugs such as e-coli, cholera, and red-tide algae.
